SELECT-A-LEVEL PALLET RACK is the only boltless adjustable storage rack system fabricated entirely of structural steel members, designed to withstand for truck and equipment abuse. This design offers the adjustability features of lighter gauge racks and the added feature of maximum resistance to crippling and overloading which are daily occurrences in any storage operation.

As illustrated in the adjacent diagram, one of the principal features of SELECT-A-LEVEL PALLET RACK construction is the milled rolled structural channel upright column with a thick corner root that affords greater strength, column loading and resistance to crippling. The minimum thickness of the channel member is 3/16" with a root thickness of 3/8" minimum. Our standard rack structure has a 7 gauge vertical column thickness, which is the heaviest standard rack member fabricated.

Once the bed rail height is determined, the bed rail is then aligned in front of the desired slots and is inserted. The locking fingers on both ends fit into the corresponding punched holes.   When the bed rails fingers are fully inserted, a downward movement will then engage them into the upright forming a rigidity affixed attachment of the bed rail to the upright frame. A downward blow with a hammer on both bed rail ends will securely wedge the bed rail and the upright into one rigid unit assembly. Select-A-Level Racks are designed to fit tight....stay tight!
